Freelance Advertising Sales Executive –  on commission 
Join Reclaim’s team and help heritage, vintage and sustainable brands reach their perfect audience.

Do you have the charm of a natural networker and the drive of a deal-closer? Reclaim is looking for a freelance Advertising Sales Executive to join our dynamic team and sell across our beautiful print publication, newsletter and social media channels.

This is a commission-only role — ideal for a self-starter who thrives on flexibility and rewards that reflect effort.

What you’ll do:

• Proactively seek out and build relationships with brands, retailers, and businesses that align with Reclaim’s ethos
• Sell display adverts, sponsored content, brand partnerships and native advertising across print, website, newsletter, and social media
• Sell on The Source, Reclaim’s new online classified offering
• Tailor creative proposals to meet clients’ needs while maintaining editorial integrity
• Manage your own pipeline from lead generation through to closing deals

You’ll love this role if you:

• Have experience in media, publishing, or advertising sales
• Have an interest in vintage design, interiors, sustainability or home style
• Want flexible, remote working on your own terms
• Are proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven
• Communicate clearly and confidently, both in writing and over the phone/video
